According to the report of the Synodal Information and Educational Department of the UOC (MP), the chapel in honor of St. Seraphim of Sarov at the entry to Sievierodonetsk was completely destroyed as a result of a direct hit by a projectile no later than June 22, 2022 (the exact date is unknown). The chapel is one of seven built at the entries to Sievierodonetsk on the initiative of the Metropolitan of Sievierodonetsk and Starobilsk Nikodym (Baranovsky).
