On March 9, 2022, as a result of shelling by the Russian military, the church of the Kyiv diocese of the UOC in honor of the apostles Peter and Paul in the city of Bucha, Kyiv region, was damaged. The dome of the church was damaged, the windows were shot, the well and administrative buildings on the territory of the church were destroyed.
