According to the press service of the Sievierodonetsk Diocese, no later than June 30, 2022, the Church in honor of the Icon of the Mother of God "The Passion" in the city of Sievierodonetsk was damaged. The church was opened in June 1993 and became the first Orthodox church in the city. The old building of the former "Komsomolets" club was consecrated.
