In March 2022, as a result of shelling, the windows and facade of the Church of Saints Cosmas
and Damian in Sukachi village, Vyshhorod district, Kyiv Oblast, were damaged. On May 19,
2022, the parish of the church came under the jurisdiction of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine
(OCU).
