According to Ivan Prykhodko, the "mayor" installed by the occupying authorities in the city of Horlivka, on August 18, 2022, the Epiphany Cathedral was damaged. It is reported in his Telegram channel that during the shelling of the central city district, the church was also damaged. In particular, it is indicated that the altar window was broken.
