On March 21, 2022, as a result of military operations, the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses was damaged in the city of Okhtyrka, Sumy region. Information about the damage was provided by the official representative of the religious community. The blast wave tore off several strips of siding from the back side of the building. Inside, one tile and two speaker caps above the stage collapsed on the floor.
